Matt uses a combination of different chiropractic techniques including Gonstead, to help with your Musculo-skeletal issues. These range from adjustments to soft tissue work and include exercises and stretches. He feels It is important to not just look at the area of pain as lots of issues can have other body areas involved or contributing to the issue. He can work on all areas of the spine as well as hips, knee and ankles/feet ( and other extremities).
He is a second generation Chiropractor and graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC UC) in 2023. He likes to recommend stretches and exercises that he has used himself so he has experience of how to do them and how they can help. When it comes to exercises and stretches, his goal is to make sure you understand how to do them in the appointments so that you can do them at home.
Matt’s interests include most sports but especially Rugby ( although he no longer plays due to a head injury when younger). He also has interests in Cinema, Video Games and Warhammer. He really likes animals and has two cats at home. His son is 2 years old and keeps him very busy outside of work.
